There are also specialized platforms like CareNav, CaringBridge, and the Caregiver Space, offering personalized resources and emotional support to caregivers. The nation’s leading family caregiver organization. It works to improve the quality of life for tens of millions of family caregivers. These Americans care for loved ones with chronic conditions, disabilities, or diseases. CAN also supports those meeting the living needs of older adults.


CaringBridge is a no-cost, 501(c)(3) nonprofit health platform that surrounds family caregivers with support while they care for a loved one on a health journey.


The Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers (PCAFC) provides support for family caregivers of Veterans with a disability rating of 70% or higher, who need in-person care. Eligible caregivers can receive benefits such as education, counseling, financial assistance, and health care coverage, with one primary and up to two secondary caregivers allowed per Veteran. Both the caregiver and the Veteran must apply together to determine eligibility.


Easterseals offers various programs to support caregivers, including respite care, a step-by-step caregiving guide, and financial resources in partnership with Freddie Mac. They also provide caregiving stories, mobile app recommendations, and other resources to help caregivers manage their responsibilities and connect with others.


Family Caregiver Alliance offers CareNav, a free online dashboard with personalized caregiving resources, and provides in-depth information and support for family caregivers. They also offer resources in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Tagalog to improve the quality of life for caregivers and those they care for.
